Dr. Valentini Konstantinidou is the founder of DNANUTRICOACH® and developer of the Food Coaching® programs and methodology. She is a researcher of Nutrigenetics, a licensed Registered Nutritionist- Dietitian (CAT001746), and a Food Technologist.
She defined for the first time the methodology of Food Coaching® in 2017 when she published it in the peer-reviewed, scientific journal Annals of Nutrition and Food Science Journal.
Dr. Valentini Konstantinidou is also an accredited Life Coach by the British Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring IAPC&M, she is a member of the American Society of Nutrition (ASN) and ambassador of the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization (ELMO) in Spain.
